The machine can be supplied as a stand-alone unit, equipped simply with wiring to the junction box, or with basic controls, or even with a fully equipped PLC capable of supporting any type of automation and data recording system, both for the individual machine and for the entire production line.
We work in collaboration with specialized software and automation consultants, allowing us to offer customers a fully customized service.
The machine is supplied as standard with wiring ready to be connected to the junction boxes.
Continuous advancements in automation hardware and software mean that there is no single standard system. The control system can be fully customized and adapted to meet even the most stringent requirements, both from an operational and safety standpoint.
As a general guideline, it is recommended to refer to the automation options table available in the URS and also in the presentation brochure.
During the technical negotiation phase, we recommend a meeting between the customer and our automation consultants to accurately identify the customer’s specific needs and to propose a complete, tailor-made solution that ensures the highest level of satisfaction.
The equipment manufactured by our company is customized based on the client’s project requirements and is not available in a standard catalog. Production is typically on a single-unit basis and/or in small series. Upon request, specific supply conditions can be evaluated according to the project context.
